Strategic Priorities

How We Scale Clean Energy, Intelligently

ATGL Team at India Energy Week 2026
ATGL Team at India Energy Week 2026

Our strategy is built to create a resilient, scalable and future-ready energy platform. As India’s energy needs evolve, we are strengthening our core gas distribution business while progressively building capabilities across clean mobility and low-carbon solutions.

The five strategic priorities outlined below guide how we deploy capital, expand our footprint, improve efficiency and manage risk. Together, they define how we scale clean energy access in a disciplined, data-informed and future-ready manner, creating long-term value for all stakeholders.

Infrastructure Development

We continue to build and deepen our CGD infrastructure to improve access to natural gas across existing and new geographies. Our focus remains on strengthening last-mile connectivity, improving network utilisation and ensuring high standards of safety and asset integrity. In regions where the national gas grid is yet to reach, we are developing the natural gas ecosystem through LCNG infrastructure. Where pipeline connectivity is available, we are upgrading offline systems to online networks to improve service reliability and customer convenience.

Actions Taken in FY 2025-26

  • 1.37 lakh DPNG connections
  • 1,800 IK MSN & 499 Km MDPE
  • 58 CNG stations
  • 9 CGS & 1 LCNG Plant

Way Forward

FY 2026-27Focus on infra development in GAs where pipeline connectivity has now reached.
FY 2029-30Maximise infrastructure utilisation with a focus on asset integrity.
